2023 FALL INFORMATION

AUGUST 28 - NOVEMBER 4, 2023

For players born 2020-2010 (must be at least 3 years old)

League Information:

• Dates: August 28 - November 4, 2023
• Location: Robb Field (2525 Bacon St, San Diego, CA 92107)
• U4 to U6: players will train once/week
  • Cost: $170 ($195 after July 15, 2023)
• U7 to U14: players will train twice/week
  • Cost: $265 ($290 after July 15, 2023)

Highlights:

• Professional training sessions led by staff who are experienced in soccer and early childhood development.
• Volunteer Game Day Coaches: Mentored by Juniors Director.
• ALBION Juniors Core Curriculum and Resources.
• Small Sided Games on Saturday.
• Fundamental Skills and Development + FUN!
• Family chooses training session day(s) when registering; please choose carefully as we are unable to make any changes once you are registered. Please note: ALBION Juniors does not offer refunds.
• One buddy request honored for game day roster (must be reciprocated); if more than one buddy is listed, we will look at the player listed first on your registration form. Requests/registration deadline is July 15.
• Training times no earlier than 4pm and finishing no later than 7:30pm (typically youngest players train 4-5pm and oldest 6-7pm but we have flexibility and cannot guarantee training times. Times will be set approximately one week prior to start date).
• NEW PLAYERS: ALBION SC Juniors Kit to be purchased separately (follow link sent via email).
• RETURN PLAYERS: Do not need to purchase new kit unless your player has outgrown theirs.
• All Star Program/Clinic for identified players (DOB 2018-2010).
• Registration deadline: July 15 (buddy requests after this date are not guaranteed).
• League sets team rosters for fair, balanced play from pool of players in the age group regardless of the day(s) they train.
• Volunteer game day coaches needed! Please note your interest when registering your child.
• No training on Labor Day, Monday September 4th.
• No training the week of October 30th due to daylight savings.
• 9 Game season: September 9th - November 4th

DEVELOPMENT MODEL:

Based on US Youth Soccer recommendation: Teams may be adjusted on game day to create fair and balanced games, foster sportsmanship, focus on the development of players, and/or give the opportunity to play with different players and take away any overly competitive atmosphere

Choose your session when registering. Teams will be formed from the pool of players that are registered for the fall season based on experience and one buddy request. Players wishing to ‘play up’ must register in their age group and email dan.raeihle@albionscsandiego.org for approval.

ALBION Juniors reserves the right to adjust structure of games/teams based on enrollment and for player participation, development and enjoyment. We have a NO refund policy.
