ANNUAL TEAM CAMP

Albion SC Team Camp is an annual camp held on the last week of June that begins the year for all the Albion SC Teams. The team camp allows the teams and club to get started out together and build bonds as a club of coaches, players and teams. This week the coaching staff evaluates players, focuses in on conditioning and fitness, speed and agility, technical skills, team structure, and interclub scrimmages. In addition, the Albion SC coaching staff plays against an Albion Select Team as a highlight for the week camp to highlight the abilities of the coaching staff and allow players to be selected to play against the staff.

With 15-20 hours of quality training during team camp this allows the program and staff to set the tone for the year and make a ton of progress moving into the summer pre-season training.
